I don't see the gun or light combination listed in the options menu:
This usually means that we don't have the mold, gun or light for your setup. Please email us before ordering to make sure we can accommodate your needs. For example, if you see the gun listed but not with your particular light, do not write it in the order comments because we might not be able to make it. Contact us first.
Do you make completely custom holsters for customers?
It really depends on the customization you require. We usually don't have molds for obscure or unpopular guns / lights. It might be possible to accommodate your needs and you are always welcome to send us an email with your request. We can let you know if it is possible or not.
I don't see the attachment I want for my holster:
Send us an email with the attachment you would like and we can most likely accommodate your needs.
I want to add a level 2 hood to my holster:
Select the options for your holster on the correct holster page and then add the level 2 hood to the cart from the "holster upgrades" page. Then check out once both have been added to your cart.
I want to add a different pattern or printed kydex to my holster:
Select the options for your holster on the correct holster page and then add the kydex upgrade to the cart from the "holster upgrades" page. Then check out once both have been added to your cart.
Can I use my gun in a light bearing holster without the light attached?
No, the light must be attached to the gun for that particular light bearing holster. The holster shell is precision formed for tight tolerances and the retention works off of the light body.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Lead times are displayed at the top of our website. Production can be as quick as one day, but sometimes we run out of materials or attachments and restock of these items can delay production. If you need a holster by a certain deadline, please email us.
Do you offer refunds on holsters?
Because every holster is custom made to order, we do not offer refunds for orders. If there is a mistake or defect in manufacturing, we will fix or replace the holster at our cost.
